Its been announced today that the first Chinese rider will take part in the Giro. Is it only a matter of time before there is a Chinese winner of a Grand Tour or one of the great Classics? With a Genetic pool of a billion people the amount of talent available must be huge.…

People dont actually realise just how many people are Chinese.

1.4 billion of them, thats 20% of the worlds population.

1.2 billion in India too.

And both countries fulla bikes. Suprised its taken this long tbh.

Now compare them numbers to just 380 million in America!

And 4.5 million here in Ireland ha. Dan Martin some boi wha!
