    Perfectly legal assuming there are no illegal pictures on it ie. child porn etc.

    Good to hear, I only view it for stories. As far as I know, no pics are posted.
    All characters are over 18 on the site, the site vehemently insists on it

    You call it 'literature' and inform us that there are no pictures so saying that all the 'characters' are over 18 is pretty meaningless. It's fiction FFS.
