Recommend a wheelie bag suitable for Aer Arann carry-on

I'm flying to the UK for a week soon and will be flying Aer Lingus regional i.e. Aer Arann. My regular Samsonite is too big for the smaller overhead bins on the Aer Arann planes and as I'm going for a week, the small rucksack that I use for 1-2 nights away isn't big enough for the kit I'll need to bring.

Is there's anywhere in Dublin which sells smaller wheelie bags which meet the limits for Aer Arann carry-on? I checked the Debenhams website but all of their wheelie bags are too big.

I'm flying in high summer and a check-in bag costs €20 each way so I'd just as soon use the €40 towards buying a wheelie bag that I can use on future trips.

    Dimension limits for Aer Arann carry-on are 48cm x 33cm x 20cm (18.5" x 13" x 7.5").
