Have an enquiry about subsided corner of a house. Looking for less invasive solutions before diving in with the diggers. Has anyone used a company called Uretek? They inject expanding polymers via small diameter pipes to lift foundations and floors.

I've used them successfully in the past. However I'm a Structural Engineer and fully inspected the problem/commissioned a geotechnical investigation prior to specifying their product. If you're not an Engineer yourself, then engage the services of a local Engineer to make sure that what you're specifying is actually the right product.

(I mention this as I recently came across a contractor who undertook foundation underpinning works of his own accord to fix cracks in the walls....when we were subsequently asked to investigate why his "solution" didn't work it was because the cracks occurred as a result of roof spread..)
