    Hi,

    New customer for gas and leccy. Got my email today with this sentence in it.

    "If you chose to avail of the Online Billing discount, please register here".

    I followed the link and came to the  "register for your account online"  page  and have registered and can now login and view my 2 accounts. 

    However nothing shows re: an online discount.  What is the discount and how do I know its in effect ?

    Hi Dolallyoh,

    The discount is outlined on a bill. It is in the form of a credit to the account of the amount saved.

    Ok - cheers for that quick reply -  so it will be shown in the first bill I get ?

    Yes, once a discount price-plan is applied, it is effective immediately.
