Dutch Tax-Back

Hey folks, just a quick question regarding a tax refund from Holland.
I've been doing a lot of looking online about my Dutch Tax refund, and from what I can tell, because I don't speak Dutch I'm screwed. It says on the government website belastingdienst.nl that because I lived in Holland for part of the year that I am trying to claim tax back, I need an 'M form'. It goes on to say the only way to get an 'M form' is to call the Tax Information Line and ask for one, and that they only speak Dutch on this line. I've tried calling once already, and I know the feckers mostly speak English, but the woman on the line would only speak Dutch to me. Which I can't speak of course.
So I'm hitting a major wall already in trying to get my tax back.
Does anybody know any way around this, or another way to go about getting a tax return sorted from Holland? I refuse to use Taxback.com, as 20% fee is just taking the piss.....
Thanks in advance for any help,
    Cheers,
    Mick

Maybe look for a dutch speaker on the languages forum and ask them nicely to make the call for you?

    What number did you call?

Thsi si the numer you should call when not based in Holland +31 555 385 385
Seems unlikely to me they will force you to speak Dutch on a line that is especially set up for Belastingdienst Buitenland.
After all we have all kind of forms for Social Welfare and hospitals in Arabic and a few other languages.
You will need your sofi number (Dutch pps) when you call.

You can als request this M form in written but for that you need to know under which region you fell while you were in Holland.

I am Dutch and in Holland at the moment, dont mind to help you through the website but i am not going to call for you. Not here for funny reasons.

I had some issues when tried to get my refund for 2010 so for 2011 I used taxback.com ( a friend of mine told me about them). I liked their services cause the person who advised me through the process was very nice and answered to all my questions. They actually took charge of 42+8Euro for 207Euro refund.

In their website is written " For tax refunds from Holland we charge per tax year 16.5% + handling fee of the amount processed by the relevant tax office subject to a minimum fee of €42 + handling fee."

I think that the fee is quiet acceptable as to save your efforts and nerves.
