    Are the wheels buckled?
Is there any play in the wheels when you giggle them side to side.
    Do the brakes grab ok?
    Thread good on the tryes?
Any rusted nuts of bolts could means it's seased (i.e. seat post bolt for moving it up or down)

    Looks Ok for €90 IMO.

Check to see if the bike number has been removed. There are a lot of stolen bikes out there so be mindful of that. If the price seems too good theres probably a good reason for it too. If somebody wants to meet you away from their home then dont go near it. I bought a second hand road bike a couple of years ago, and the guy I bought it from wanted me to meet him at a shopping centre. I INSISTED on meeting him at his house, so if anything happened, (if the bike was stolen) A) I knew where he lived, and B) I took his car registration. Everything turned out ok and the bike is still going great, but you cant be too careful. Unfortunately there isnt a database for checking if bikes are stolen like there is for cars.

    Best of luck anyway
