So what does a Powershell script show up as under Task Manager > Processes?

I know vbscripts' show up as WSCRIPT.EXE, but how can you spot a Powershell script that is running in the background silently?

I suspect it's powershell.exe, or powershell_ise.exe if you're using the "IDE" thingy. On windows 7, if I open a powershell window, then find it as an app in task manager and select "go to process", that's what I see.
