    Try: Hi guys, I'm studying X, and I can't understand Y part of it. I've got as far as Z, but then I get stuck. Every time I try to do A, I get B, but it should be C. Where am I going wrong?

    I'd guess that the GOOGLE can do this for you, I'd be very surprised if it couldn't. If you can't operate the google then you can probably find a form in which people can instruct you. If you need some physics or chemistry specific help in operating the google, tell us what difficulties you are having and perhaps we can help? :D
