Employment History Check - Please Help!!!

    I've been offered my dream job and I'm having nightmares over the employment history check.

    I had a job around 2 years ago for 10 months. I had some issues with the employer and ended up taking the employer to the LRC for non furnishing of the terms and conditions of employment.

    My employment history is impeccable but knowing this employer he will do whatever he can to gain revenge.

    I've been offered the new job subject to an employment and criminal check.
    I was unemployed for a period prior to that job and after.

    Do I have to declare that job ? Can they tell the lenght of time I was signing on for ?

    I really cant afford to let this job slip, please help !

    Not On my CV it wasn't relevant experience so I left it out
