Cost per year of different grades

Is it possible to do a cost benefit exercise on remediation work suggested by a BER report?

So a 2 bed converted cottage is currently a D1, with remediation work costing about 7000 a C1 is expected. Is it possible to know how much (at current energy rates) I would be saving a year?

Really only looking for a average amount, so is there a statement that says for a average 2-bed semi a increase of one grade will save €200 per year.

I'm expecting the answer to be how long is a piece of string, but no harm asking.
