Premier Pro not detecting AMD Open CL

I've installed Sapphire Vapor-X Radeon HD 4890 (Catalyst 13.1) on my W7 64 bit system.
MB GF8100VM-M5 with latest 64 bit chipset drivers.
All stable.
Running Premier Pro 6.0, however its running on inbuilt “mercury software engine” and not detecting any GPU / Open CL support.
AMD accelerated video transcoding device initialisation on start up.
Any ideas how I can sort this out?

not to worry though, the new version coming out in june will support openCL acceleration. but then, it will use a monthly subscription model which a lot of people are complaining about
