    Hey Guys,
I'm looking for a bit of general advice here.

I recently bought a house, built in the early 90's and it got a conventional condensing gas boiler system, with the following timer on/off system -

All the rads in the house are thermostatically controller, but the boiler system itself only has the controller on the front to control power level (1-6) of the boiler, with no thermostats around the house, and no zone control etc.....

Ideally, it think the boiler is due an upgrade in the next year or so, so I was hoping to find out what i should be looking at when I go about upgrading.

I'd love to be able to use a system like the nest controller to control the system -

but i'm just wondering if I want to go to a zoned system, does this mean:

    Boiler Upgrade:
    Controller Upgrade:
Installation of Actuated Valves to Allow zone control?

    Regards,
    the General
