Got some guide prices from a conservatory supplier in a well known garden centre and the prices are coming in at e105 - e145 per sq ft including site costs but not including tiling or sewage. Those prices look more like full extension rather than a conservatory. Anyone on here get their conservatory/extension done recently and to a decent spec, how do the prices above compare?

Or to answer your question in price per SqM, I am currently seeing prices of, E1K per SqM for a White, 35mm Poly Roof Conservatory,
including base, electrics, plumbing, insulation, external render, internal plaster, not including Final floor Finish, or Sewage??
