Anyone have a rear mech for sale? Can't stretch to record or anything too pricey.

Any rear mech should do. the 10speed mechanism is in the shifter, not the mech. So a shimano/campag or sram mech should work no?

It's not that simple unfortunately! The lever needs to be matched to the compatible rear mech also for proper shifting.

As letape says this is not the case. This post gives some details as to why/how Campag differs from the others.
