    To tax a vehicle at the taxi rate you will need to provide the SGS certificate issued when it's qualified as a taxi, to get this certificate you will need to

    a. have a plate number to go on the vehicle
    b. have insurance in place covering reward for hire
    c. have ALL the required paraphernalia to get the vehicle passed out out, stickers on doors, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, working meter, roof sign etc.
    d. Have a TC2 tax clearance certificate
