    Hi,

I came across this website in UK - http://www.police.uk/ where you could put in a postcode and it shows the police officers, crime in the area and so on. Useful information one could read before buying a house within the area..

Does anyone know if there is a similar one for Ireland?

    Thanks

That would require something like an Irish postcode system which, despite ten years of supposed effort and millions spent, we still don't have.

There's some not very detailed mapping of crime data at http://www.airo.ie/mapping-module/sectoral (click on Crime Mapping Toolkit) but it is at Garda division and station level which is really too broad for your purposes.
