One of my friends credit card details were stolen online. The card has never physically been used, only ever used to buy things online from reputable sites i.e. amazon, ticketmaster etc.

Someone tried to take out 1000e this morning. They are obviously concerned about using the card online again. Whats the best thing to do? Put the wanted pictures and documents onto a hard drive, format the drive, reinstall windows and download some anti virus, spyware programs? Or will just downloading relevant software suffice?
