Hi. I have a friend who has made a complaint about a judge, which went against them, if they wish to appeal this decision they have to appeal it to the judge involved in the complaint. Does anybody know if this is legal?

You may be better to have this in the legal discussion forum.

Your friend should talk to a solicitor. Seeking or giving legal advice is forbidden on boards.ie.

Moved to Legal discussion although I'm not sure if they can give any further advise than what has been given thus far.

This is a duplicate of an already locked thread. As such, this thread has been locked.

OP, your friend needs to seek professional legal advice.
