    Hello guys I hope I'm in the correct section. I hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I'm looking for someone who can help me with our Option 11c. Having a few problems with it at the mo. It's a small system and I'm based in the Dub City Centre.

    You could try Telcom LTD. Telcom have been working on nortels since 1999 and have a team of experienced nortel engineers.
