Drain Cleaning

I live in a small estate and I get a blockage between my sink waste at the back of the house and a junction box at the side.
I guess there is a 90 degree bend and thats where the problem is.
What can I buy to clear this?
Will drain rods go around a 90 degree bend?

    Thanks for any advice.

The problem is more likely to be with an insufficient fall on the pipe and too much grease waste going down the drain - maybe you need a grease trap?
