So a few of the sheep have out of the 2 tags one or the other missing.
Do I have to get another full set that have the ewes I.D number?
    or
Can I get a specific tag for the left or the right ears?
    or
Can I just use other tags that I have and put them down in the flock book as corresponding to the original tags?

last option is fine I believe, once you record the original tags in the flock book

As far as I know sheep must retain its original tag number for life so you might have to send away for corresponding number on sheep.Colour of tag changes to blue I think
