3k a year to rent/lease a car - options?

With all the talk lately about PCP, HP, Leasing, Garage Financing - here's my question.

I have 3k to spend per year on a car. I want this to include servicing and motor tax with the presumption of up to 10k mileage per year. What options do I have?

Rather than trying to figure out all the different models been offered by different dealers, is there any way to just get options for my criteria or is this what lingscars achieves for the UK? Surely is would be easier if I had the options of spending 3k per annum on model A or 4k per annum on model B?

10000 miles at 35mpg will cost over €2000 in fuel alone.

I get the impression the OP doesn't expect the €3k to cover fuel as well :)

As has been said, insurance and fuel would be left to myself....
