Not sure about Ballina but according to MidWest Radio he was in Murrisk this afternoon.

Minister of State Brian Hayes is due in Murrisk this lunchtime, where he will meet with Minister Michael Ring and representatives of the Murrisk Community Development Group.
It’s understood the group will outline their plans for the historic Murrisk Abbey, which was founded by the Augustinian Friars in 1457, and is now under the supervision of the OPW – the Office of Public Works."
