Hey all, I'm wondering if any of you know of how I could get into volunteering in doing councelling sessions with teens or any type work involving helping depressed or troubled teens. The reason why I want to help teens is because I am young myself. Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks

Not too sure about volunteering to do counselling sessions, but you could drop into your local youth service & ask to register as a volunteer. They will have loads of programmes running & are always grateful of volunteers.
