    I remember 2 years ago watching these series of documentaries, where they followed the story of the winning team of the Superbowl that year.

    They were really well put together and excellent watching, the one I watched was about Eli Manning leading his team ...dunno the year.

    However, I am having trouble finding them around the internet or even a reference about them, as I'd love to watch them again.

    Can anyone remember these or point me in the right direction as to where to find them ?

    Google NFL Film's America's Game and you should find what you are looking for. Plenty of places to watch online or download.
