Hey, I have to write an essay about direct-to-consumer genetic testing and I was wondering if there is anything in Irish law about it at all? Like does the data protection act include genetic data? etc...

I also imagine there would be contracts involved as well.

Tell me as much as you think is relevant

If you could direct me somewhere I can look up about it, that would be swell. I cant seem to find anything. hHowever I'm not going to spend too much time on it in my essay so try and keep it short and sweet.

I wasn't really sure if this was the right place to post this but I've heard good things about your guys knowledge.

    Very very appreciated, Cheers.:)
