Second plasterer in a row has let me down just now at 19:20hrs to tell me he wont be able to make it tomorrow for a job I really need done asap, I'm near Coill Dubh in Co. Kildare. I have a few small repairs and the area behind an old kitchen that was removed skim coated, less than two bags worth. All prep is done, can arrive on scene and start work straight away.

That's very unfair imo. Have you heard about the recession?
Just because someone isn't working doesn't mean they're not capable of doing the job.
I've nothing on today, busy tomorrow, and nothing on Wednesday- just because i could get to a job at short notice doesn't mean I wouldn't get it done right.
