I am currently a student in receipt of BTEA (I was moved from OPF).

What I would like to know is if myself and my children move in with my partner, would I be eligible for any payment at all? He earns around €40k pa.

    Thanks in advance!

AFAIK, BTEA is currently not means tested, so you would get €188 per week.

You would not get the increase for your children, or you would and it would be wiped out by your partners means.

So in short I cannot see you getting less than €188 per week. This is changing later this year though after the budget but those currently receiving BTEA are not affected.
