    Hi,

I need to lodge €25 to an account in northern Ireland, I myself live in the south. Can I just lodge it from any bank in the south and will i get extra charges seeing as the bank is in the north?

    Thanks

You won't be charged if you make a standard SEPA Euro transfer. For this you'll need the IBAN and BIC details for the account you're lodging into. It's easiest done through online banking if your bank offers foreign payments through online banking (I know Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank do). You can do it via a bank branch too but possibly only in a branch of a bank that you're a customer of.
