    Hello,

Could anyone please clear my matter in Ireland.

Does company get any benefit if hiring someone who is currently unemployed?

I search from internet, found only ''Revenue job assist'' which seems just give the deduction from accounting matter.

For example, in Finland, the company will get the whatever benefits that the current unemployed is receiving. This amount (normally at the minimum of about 600euro/month) is very good to support for company to pay the salary.
