this is back for sale but in Lidl this time -

can it be used for sandblasting or soda blasting? I want it specifically as a low cost graffiti remover.
(tried water pressure washer but its just not enough)

And anyone know what Id need extra to get it to do this.
    Thanks...

Aldi one's a nice unit for pumping soft tyres. For sandblasting I'd go for something with a biggr tank

There was a sandblasting kit available in aldi at the same time as the compressor, dunno if it was any good!

@op I have one of those compressors, its small capacity but for a hundred quid its great.

Its too small a tank and motor not powerfull enough to sand blast
I bought bought both thinking I could sand blast alloy wheels.

Would adding a bigger tank be any benefit with this, or would you need a bigger motor as well

Would you not be better off renting?

Both tank and motor would need to be bigger.

Sandblasting need high volume of high pressured air. The lidi compressor cant do either well enough.

Its ok for power tools, pumping tires and even spray painting. But it doesnt generate enough pressure to sandblast it doest get the pressure up high enough and with the small tank the pressure drops very quickly...

Saying all above im happy enough with mine for diy repaires with air tools. But it just not able to sand blast.
