Apartment roof - leaking 3 different places

Just wondering if anyone has any advice with regards my roof
We live in 3 bed duplex apartment. Below us s a 2 bed apt. So we are top 2 levels with attic space.

Our roof has a light tunnel and 3 extractor tubes rooted up trough attic and out trough roof. The light tunnel is leaking and 2 of the extractor systems are also leaking. One is so bad, it has allowed 2/3 litres of rain water to lodge in the tube which runs trough the attic

We have been onto management company and have also ( allegedly) had a repair carried out on roof before. I've lost total confidence in the management company getting the required work done. They just don't give a f**k

I need to get this mess sorted and move on.
Would appreciate any recommendations and rough costs if possible

    Thanks

I assume you're renting the Apt. If so then it's really up to the Landlord to get it sorted.
If you own the Apt then you have two options fix it your or have it done by Roofing Contractor. However you might have difficulty recouping your costs from the Management Company.
A better option might be to write yourself or get your Solicitor to write to the Management Company explaining that you have a number of serious leaks which require immediate attention. Given them say 7 or 14 days to resolve the issue. While also impressing upon them that you intend to hold them totally responsible for any damage to your home and furnishings.
Make sure to Document everything with Time, Dates who you spoke with and either register you letter or get a receipt from whoever you give it too.

If you are renting then the same approach should help.

Thanks sky6, we own apartment. Think solicitor letter may be best option
