Solicitor to take on bank

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor in cork who is willing to take on a bank? I cleared one mortgage and they are refusing to give me the deeds unless I clear 100k off my second mortgage. It was all discussed before I cleared the tracker mortgage and they said they would give me the deeds within 4 weeks. But the minute…

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor in cork who is willing to take on a bank? I cleared one mortgage and they are refusing to give me the deeds unless I clear 100k off my second mortgage. It was all discussed before I cleared the tracker mortgage and they said they would give me the deeds within 4 weeks. But the minute it was paid they refused until I lessened the other loan.

It is not allowed to give solicitor recommendations here. Ring a few solicitors in Cork and do a bit of research and you will easily find someone.
