Is it possible to exchange tickets at Ticketmaster?

    I bought regular standing tickets for Bon Jovi at Slane Castle, but, now that I think of it, I regret not getting gold circle tickets. Would it be possible for me to exchange the tickets I have and pay the extra to get gold circle tickets?
