Quidco used to retain the first £5 of cash back earned as a membership fee, now their basic membership is free. While Quidco is UK based, the cash back is paid via Paypal so you don't need a UK bank account: http://www.quidco.com

I haven't used Quidco in a while, but when I did I always got the cashback. Plus if you have a problem their support is good.

Didn't realize you just needed Paypal for Quidco. Cheers!

    Membership now free

    As per their website:

    Is there a cost?

It’s free to join Quidco, whatever level of membership you choose. We simply retain the first £5 of the annual cashback earnings on Premium membership in return of unique access to faster cashback payment and bespoke promotions, and enhanced access to our customer care team.

Yes they retain the first £5 cashback on Premium membership. The basic membership is free:
.... Based on valuable member feedback we’ve also created a Basic level of Quidco membership which is completely free to use (there’s no retention fee!) while still offering you the chance to earn cashback with over 3,500 retailers.
