Good Cuatro 10 string guitar ?

Hi all, A friend of mine is helping me out to buy a Cuatro, but the only one he saw was a Blue Moon label in Guitar Centre for about 150. Would anyone know much about getting a better quality one ? I could budget up to 250.

Never seen one for sale in the Northern Hemisphere!!

My mate brought one back from Paraguay, its soprano Uke sized, and former work colleague built a jumbo guitar sized 10 string cittern..... astonishingly nice instrument in Brazillian rosewood and cedar. would have cost many thousands to have built.......

I realise that this post has been of no help at all, but still!
