Bass player here (40’s) trying to put something together for a Dublin based pub band with a difference.
The type of songs I’m thinking of, don’t fall into one genre. Nothing too obscure though. They are all great songs in their own right taken from the 60/70/80/90’s.
Feel good music is the best way to describe it.

Do not want to do the usual songs that the other bands are doing.
    No- Stones/Winehouse/Killers/Kings../…Peas/Beatles/Lizzy/Van M../L,Sky’d/ etc,etc.

Looking to do mainly quality punchy dance stuff that gets a place rocking and keeps it there. There is a market for this.

So, I would be hoping to get some interest from- Guitar/Drums/Keys and both male & female singers (alternating lead/backing) Some Brass would be useful too.

Democracy will be the order of the day. My set list is not set in stone and everyone has an input but I spose you really need to be on board with the general idea.

If I had to pick one track to sum up what I’m trying to do….

Reminds me of drinking brake fluid in Suzy Street!

So there ya have it. Post here or pm me if you think you may be interested.
