Fibreglass Recycling / Disposal???

    Hi There,

    I hope this is posted on the right forum.

    I've a load of fibreglass I want to dispose of, probably about 2,500 kgs. My mates tell me that I can only bring it to a landfill. What are my options here in Ireland. Is it possible to recycle this material or does it have to got to landfill.

    Does anyone know of any waste contractors who'd be interested in this stuff? What's the law regarding diposal of fibreglass any human health issues or hazardous waste categorisation for disposal?

    Any help on how to proceed is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!
