    After sh!+e week where I had shocking bill for new clutch,flywheel and gearbox for car went out to run dogs down woods at back of mates place. Coming back to his house after, we met farmer who had mentioned to my mate previously he might have couple deer for us on his few acres of land. Got chatting to him and turns out the few acres is close to 380 and its walking with deer. He said during day he could see herds of 20, and few weeks ago one ran out infront of jeep and made sh!+e of it. He gave us written permission there and then and is going to come back with the folio number:D
