Hi I Dell with windows 7 that has given up on me, I keep getting a blue screen, iv inserted the windows 7 cd but can't get it to boot off the cd or start from fresh, at this stage I don't care about recovering the files, just want it to work,

Anyone any ideas without removing elements fromit or can someone recommend some north of Dublin that won't rip me off?

Just went through all those steps and taught all wes going great until just as it said computer getting ready for first use, what pops up, only that dreaded blue screen,

Could this be a sign that I need a new hard drive?
If so its it relatively easy to replace myself?
    Thanks

Run memtest86+ and vivard to test the system memory and the hard drisk drive. Both programs are included in UBCD.
