Cat5e or cat 6 combined with coax multicore cable

    Where can I get my hands on this stuff. I see it online. It's a multicore cable with 2 cat5e/cat6 with 2 coax. I am planning to use it in my new build house for tv points.
    Has anyone used it ?
    Is it any good?
