Can anyone please offer some advise...

I am looking for a flash to accompany my Canon 650D - i need a flash because i am not getting great results indoors and am told that a flash will solve ALL my problems!!

I don't want to break the bank and had a budget of £50 which i have now brought up to £100 - in this bracket i have worked it down to two flashes - the Nissin Di622 Mark11 or the YONGNUO 565EX ETTL.

I have done research and as im a Newbie in this area i cant seem to differentiate between the two all i know is that i should have TTL on the flash (both options have this).

Can anyone please offer any advise on which one to choose or is there another i should be looking for ?

    Thanks in advance...

No experience with Nissin, but I have two Yongnuos that I can't find fault with. T

You could also go for a second hand Canon flash from adverts. €115 will get you an alright one.

I also have 2 Yongnuo's (YN468-II for Nikon). Never a problem with them.

I have just been offered a used Canon Speedlite 580EX from a mate of mine - reckon this would be the best option above the other two?

A friend just bought a third party flash for his canon, I can't remember the make but he was showing me its features and how well it worked / etc, then he said it was less than €125 euros at which point I remember spending about €800 on an official nikon flash. Did I get the use out of it? not really but it's handy for some events I'd cover where I need the extra burst. Honestly I reckon it comes down to how much you are willing to spend and if you will get to use out of it, in my experience it doesn't always have to be canon or nikon to do a good job.
