    Hi,

I blindly presumed there would be plenty of 225mm insulation wool products on the market given that most joices are 225mm x 50mm.
However, i can't find any and building supplier says he has never come across them. I need 225 + 175-200 on top of that. I wanted to do it this way cos i am putting in a lot of cross joices so that i can floor a lot of the attic and creep space.
Anyone ever come across 225 mm wool products ?!

    Cheers

I never came across 225mm for wool insulation products. 200mm is normally perfectly adequate. However, I think pumped rockwool prime is a better alternative to the arrangment you have described using preformed rolls as it can be pumped to any thickness and eliminate voids. On the downside it may be more expensive.
