Old national school geography text book?

I seem to recall that when I was in national school in Dublin in the 1960s and early 1970s, we had a small geography text book with what I think was a plain yellow cover.

This listed all the principal lakes, rivers, mountains, headlands etc. and also had a list of all the principal towns along with their main trades or factories. e.g. sugar in Carlow and lace in Ennis etc.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about, what it was called and where I might see a copy? Thx
