buying a laptop from a website - installation/set up costs?

    Im thinking of buying a laptop and the company in question, on opt of the price of the laptop itself are looking for an Installation charge of €70 plus vat = €79.45.
    I have no idea what this charge is for and if all companies do it, is this a standard?
    I would have thought that if a laptop costs say 500 on the website that you only pay 500 (plus of course post/delivery)?

    For that price they would want to come around and install all the programs you want on it and get the settings right for you.
