The shelves in all the Waterford' Mulligans are now empty; can anyone advise alternative stockists or options, I can't afford to buy another set of Batteries for a different brand.

    Thanks

Thanks, though as a newbie to e-cigs I don't understand your second point:).

I presume there would be no valid reason for customs to stop an order...am curious as to why Mulligans order has been held.

Greensmoke are 808D-2 batteries and Smokegreen are 808D-1, they are not compatible with each other as they have different battery threads. So you have to stick to the same type of Carts and batteries as you already have.

Both cart's can be refilled the same as any cartridge, did it myself when I found out that it cound be done and how to do it. It might tied Snausbaby over to buy a bottle of juice until Mulligans get their order sorted out.

Thanks P.I.T.A. for the info re Smokegreen battery type. I have a Smokegreen kit and am fairly happy with it - streets ahead of the Japser & Jaspers I was using before. However, I note that some folk on Boards reckon the Smokegreen batteries aren't great so I was wondering if there is anywhere in Ireland where I could get 808D-1 batteries. Am I right in thinking these are a type of E510 battery & has anyone used them with Smokegreen cartomisers? I note that another member (name escapes me at the moment, sorry) reckons Greensmoke are a better bet but I would have to invest in another starter kit (already did that with the wretched Jaspers) and buy cartomisers by mail. It's handy to be able to get your Smokegreen cartomisers in the local shop. All helpful suggestions gratefully received. Thanks.

Greensmoke are certainly the best look alikes I've tried. My local Centra stocks them, but not much use if you're not in Dublin.

Have you thought about buying them from Greensmoke.co.UK and using parcel motel?

Hi Fratton Fred, Thanks for response. I've also seen positive comments about Greensmoke elsewhere on Boards. Are they widely available in Centras in Dublin? Also, are the cartomisers easy to refill? I will certainly consider them when I've used up the current stock. What I'm after is a lookalike that's pleasant and satisfying to use.

I've only seen them in my local Dalkey centra so far.

They are good as far as look alikes go, but move to an eGo battery and clearomiser and you won't go back.

Thanks for that. I'll check it out. Is there a make or model of eGo battery and a supplier that you'd recommend?

I started with this kit http://www.thebestshop.eu/shop/electronic-cigarettes-starter-kits/193-single-ego-t-with-ce4-starter-kit.html but I now use a T3s clearomiser. This is very popular as well http://www.e-smokeireland.eu/product-p/kangtwist.htm
