looks to be a new ebay account with no feedback and the same number of cars in two of the three ads (29 saab and VW) bit coincidental, I'd be quite skeptical but you never know.

Sad in a way, the end of a dream. Someone getting on and knows that he can't enjoy the collection like he used to - the money is SFA use to him now probably as well, but at least he can share his collection before time gets it and him.

From the dust, I wonder how long they've been sitting there, and how much will have to be spent on them to get them working again?

I doubt one simply gets rid of something like this. I'm betting someone is getting trying to cash in their inheritance.

    Not sure about inheritance -
The owner is a Classic Car Lover and has been collecting classic cars for the past 20 years. He also has other car collections such as: Volkswagen, Volvo, Porshe, Chevrolet, Saab...

Contact me if you want some more details, or if you have doubts or any question.

The owner is entirely available to show you the cars in Lisbon, Portugal.

    Check out the other Collections

    Saab Collection - http://www.ebay.com/itm/321109074526?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

Nice idea but probably wouldn't work. I've been to a few car collection museums and they rarely turn a profit. There's a great collection in Loheac in France but the race tracks at the same venue turn in most of the profit, the collection barely pays for itself. Admittedly it's well out of the way, and might be more profitable if it were nearer a large town, although this would increase costs such as rent, rates, labour etc.

You need something like the Meilenwerk/Classic Remise in Germany, where people pay to have their cars parked and this is mixed in with various businesses around classics in the same building. But you need a large catchment area to work this, along with a lot of other cars to give some kind of diversity to the collection.

Just looking at the cars and condition (1-5), the Citroen and VW collections are definitely worth buying up, (I wouldn't be too well up on the collectability of the SAAB's to judge), and selling on. I'd sell most of them so at least someone can get some enjoyment out of them. Collections are all well and good ,but most of those cars are young enough to be out and about on a more regular basis of they were individually owned.
