Hi, starting house construction on a small size and have a garden that's 12m x 12m so I need to get the foundation for a garden shed in before the raft for the house. Wondered what would be a normal decent size shed to put in to store, the family bikes, garden furniture and the lawnmower. I would'nt like the shed to over shadow the garden though, any advice appreciated.

My advise would be the bigger the better

Needs change over time and theres nothing worse then needing space and not having it
