Better Mains Fencer a PEL or a CHEETAH

    Lads im in the market for a mains fencer. have approx 30 acre block being fenced at the min and looking to see which is the better fencer to go for.

    Have you thought of a Gallagher Fence, have 1 for ten years never had a problem with it.

    Fencers are only as good as the way they are installed regardless of make.Only use galvanise coated wire for the feed out and earth.Use a minimium of 3 earth bars well spaced apart at least 10 feet if not more.if the earth is not strong enough you will have current going there.to test for this put a steel bar on the electric fence to shorten it then take a reading on the earth bar should be zero if not the earth is poor.do not use copper wire on the earth or the feed out.

    Thats not a bad price , what kind of distance does it cover ?
